Becoming a CARE patient
To become a patient at any of our clinics, you will need a referral.
CARE accept referrals from the following sources:
- GPs - You can obtain a referral from your GP for treatment at CARE. We encourage this route because previous experience has shown that GP support can be extremely helpful. Some practices may also be able to help with investigations
- Fertility Consultants - If you have been referred to the fertility unit of an NHS hospital for investigations, and you are proceeding with treatment privately you can ask the Consultant to refer you to CARE for your fertility treatment cycle. Or, in many cases, if you are NHS funded you can also ask to be referred to CARE
- Self - If you would like to self refer, please complete the Self Referral questionnaire here
