CARE has always had a strong reputation for our caring and supportive approach to patients going through fertility treatment. As well as the day to day guidance and support you will receive from the nursing team, there are a number of other ways in which we try to help. Please contact us if you have any questions about any of the information outlined here.
Bulletin Board
Since the CARE Bulletin Board was introduced, tens of thousands of messages have kept people in touch with each other and provided patient to patient information and support. Open 24 hours a day, it is a fantastic resource should you want to ‘chat’, anonymously if you prefer, with others who are going through fertility treatment.

We know how difficult it can be, so we try to look after your emotional as well as your physical needs. Getting Fit for Treatment
Dear Doctor
For prospective patients who have general queries about their fertility, Dr Simon Fishel provides a free email communication to offer help and guidance. This service is aimed at those patients who have not been to CARE and who have not had a consultation. For specific queries relating to treatment or advice following consultation patients are advised to contact their CARE clinic direct. If you require general advice contact Dr Simon Fishel directly to discuss any fertility issues.

Patient Information Evenings
We hold regular Information Evenings at each of our main clinics. These evenings provide an opportunity to meet team members, ask any questions you may have and to look round the clinic. You can reserve spaces by telephoning your local CARE clinic or you can book online.
