TTC for 5 years
DH 31 & Me 34. DH has antisperm antibodies and me raised FSH.
1 natural biochemical pregancy 4 years ago.
6 months on clomid with no success.
1st ICSI March '06 - BFP, missed m/c at 7.5 weeks. 2nd ICSI Sept/Oct '06 - Biochem. 3rd ICSI April 07 with Immune Drugs. DH & I share same antigen 0102, i don't produce blocking antibodies and have elevated NK cells. Full immune cycle for 3rd and final attempt with LIT, IVIg x 4(!), pred 25mg, low dose aspirin, clexane 40mg, viagra - BFP! William Thomas born 6.28am 13th Feb '08 on my 34th birthday via emergency c/s at 40+9 weighing 8lb11oz. We did it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |
