Hi Girls
So this is where you are all hiding.
Welcome back Chelle. The only other place I can think of on Centertainment is a Mexican but can't think of the name, Vic might know.
I'm not bothered any is fine by me.
Littlun Well done on all those lovely follies, keep chatting to them and give them plenty of water.
Haven't got time to catch up on everything but will have a look later.
Hi to everyone. |

Hi,
Carly ta ever so and I am drinking that old water and going to the loo every five mins too! Got bloods and another scan tomorrow. I was chatting away to my follies on the way home tonight whilst sat waiting for the lights to change bet I looked like I was losing the plot but hey I don't care.
I luv Frankie and Benny's in Chesterfield never been to the one at centertainment though! But I will go with the flow to be honest. 7 - 7:30 is fine might be a few mins late as jabbing is always at 7 and I will be doing the lovely clexane in my tum by then. Really not looking forward to that at all never done any jabs in tum and don't want to start (such a whus I know) still it will be worth it and if it means I will be able to keep hold of the ittle one/s so much the better.
You can tell that I'm getting a little nervous can't you the twittering has started
Paz posted me the other night I told her where we were hiding and told her to drop in to say hi she has just started cycling again so pleased to hear from her.
Right best dash got a few posts to do and dh wants the pc in a bit.

Hi Littlun,
Just wanted to wish you good luck and thank you for your messages on BB&B - hope the jabs are ok, I had to do cyclogest in the tummy and dreaded it but it was actually better than the leg ones (good job I'd put some weight on and developed a bit of a flabby tum, I didn't feel a thing!) Anyway, fingers crossed I'll keep my eye on your progress and I'm sure it'll be good news this time xx
Love Anna
PS, Vic hope you're ok and that this cycle is the one, good luck with it and I'll look out for your good news too xx |

Hi girls!
So this is where all my old cycle buddies are hiding hehe:). I am soo pleased to find familiar names here. I hope you are all well and don't mind me joining you. I happened to find Littlun on another topic and she told me that you are all here.
This site is full of hope and sounds so positive. I hope we can keep it this way and pray that this year is a good year for all of us:).
We are on our 2nd IVF cycle and I had my first scan today since started stimms.I have 13 lovely follies ranging between 11-18mm. Nurse has warned us that they may have to bring egg collection forward from Wed 21/2 to Mon 19/2 cos some follies are reaching full size. She will let us know on Fri when we have next scan. I just hope and pray that they contain some eggs and not just empty sacs like last time when we only got one egg .
Good luck to each and everyone of you. I hope you have a romantic evening with your DH's and DP's. Well as romantic as we can get for those of us with tummies full of follies hehehe:)
Love Paz xxx |

Hi there,
Thought I pop in and say hi since you all abandoned me in the the combined harvester inbetweenies thread!
Sounds like alot of you are either cycling again or about too soon and I would like to wish you all the best of luck.
I am currently in the 2 week wait again following second IVF (half way through now). This time was on short atagonist protocol, had careful monitoring and got a much better egg count -11!! Would definitely recommend this protocol to anyone who hasn't responded well on the long protocol.
Hope things go well for you all , I will keep any eye on how you getting on! |

Hi
LITTLUN Thats brilliant news, you've really done well this time and I'm sure its your turn, I will be praying for you. I bet you can't wait to get those little embies on board.
PAZ Lovely to hear from you and great to hear you have so many good sized follicles, I'm sure you will get lots of lovely eggs this time let us know how you go on.
BEATTIE Wow back in the 2ww, I didn't even realize you had started again. Hope you are managing to keep sane and I will have everything crossed for you. Keep us informed.
VIC Where are you mate, hope you are cramming those hours in at work before you start the jabbing, is it next Thursday your first injection or can't I add up??
Did you do anything romantic yesterday, I shocked John this year as I made a big effort, I got a big gift bag and filled it with all his favorite things and get this I even put a request on Rother FM, my mate phoned me up to see if it was really me who sent it in. We went to the Elton for a meal which was nice, I can't remember the last time I got dressed up but I think I am going back to the sensible boots now as just as we walked out the strap on my shoes broke and they kind of fell off its a good job we were the last out.
Hi to everyone else, any news on the night out?? |

Hi Girls
I am back, sorry not been around for a few days, had the dreaded flu and so have been in bed by 8 the last two nights, feel a bit better today though and finished work a little bit early - fed up of sat in rush hour traffic in Sheffield!!!!! I also feel a bit guilty as since I have started my new job, DH is usually home before me and so he cooks tea, and I am not used to that - I am a bit old fashioned I guess and think I should be doing that, PLUS he makes a real mess in the kitchen and it drives me mad!!!!! Well, we are due to start DR'ing on 23 Feb - doing the LP this time as you all know, only thing is CARE have instructed me when to start etc but not the amount of drug etc - I am presuming for the Superfact you have to fill up the syringe (that is what we did last time) - I suppose I will have to call them before next Friday - bloody hell, I cannot believe we are starting in a weeks time ............... says me with a small glass of red wine in her hand!!!!!
Carly - Thanks for the post mate - hope you are OK? Did not do much last night, I have been feeling pretty rubbish and so DH cooked us a meal which I ate and then went straight to bed .................... and who says romance is dead!!!!!! Glad you enjoyed your night at the Elton.
Littlun - How many follies??? Bet you are ready to burst!!!!???? Glad you are keeping the water intake topped up and talking to your follies - let us keep our fingers crossed for loads of lovely eggs - are you still having ER at Notts? You will have to let me know how that go's as that is what we are doing. Good luck honey.
ANNA - How lovely of you to pop on here and see you old buddies. Glad everything is going well with you. Even though I don't post as much, I do check the boards regularly and keep my eye on you all. Are you joining us on the night out on 27th? I know it is a way for you but it would be great to meet you.
Beattie - 2WW - I cannot believe it. When is your test date? It is rubbish at SHeffield now isn't it as they make you wait 16 days (ish) and then just to a HPT. Hope it has not been too nerve racking for you and I am wishing you all the luck in the world for this cycle.
Paz - Wow, stranger - how are you doing? Was wondering where you had got to, how is the dog - last I had read you were getting a friends dog (well, at least I hope that was you or I will look mega daft).
Chelle - Looking forward to 27th, but could we make it a little later and say meet at 7.30 for food at 8pm - I hope that is not too late and I will try and get their earlier if I can. ANywhere is good for me I just love food.
Deano - Where are you hiding - you sounded really down on your last couple of posts so I hope you are OK - drop me a line when you get the chance.
Marshmallow - Hope you are OK - not long for us now, the countdown has begun. Have you checked out the size of your Superfact needles yet - mine are enormous and lots bigger than last time - such joy!!!!
To everyone else - sorry I have not been a good buddy, but you are always in my thoughts and I wish each and every one of you a wonderful and successful year.

Vick - the PG ones wanted to be eating as early as possible - I think 7pm was suggested (don't know if that was eating time or arrival time.
Carly / Carol / Eve what do you suggest?

Hi
OK - whatever time is OK, I just might struggle to get their that early, might end up coming straight from work looking worn out and shattered. I will go with whatever suits eveyone else, will just be a bit of a rush arriving at 7.
Let me know what suits Chelle.

Vic,
Not long until you get started now, I'll be thinking of you (with everything crossed).
I'd love to come on the Sheffield night out and if I wasn't in work the day after I'd probably make it but to be honest I'd have to leave so early to come back home I'd miss most of it! I definitely haven't given up on the idea of meeting up with you girls though so I'll keep my eye on your meets and come over to Sheffield asap.
Hope you're enjoying the job and that you're not working too hard!
Good luck, and hi to everyone else - Littlun, hope you're ok
Love Anna xx |

Dear All,
Was wondering where the chat was on our night out - now I know. Lovely to hear that you're all in progress or about to start on your next cycle. I've got my fingers crossed for some positive results this time around. Hopefully, those that didn't respond so well will have their treatment better tailored to them this time and that could make all the difference.
Chelle - 7pm meet for 730 eat is fine by me. Hopefully Vick can get there before we sit down to eat. Anywhere is fine by me - there are also some restaurants at Meadowhall - although only one I can remember is Pizza Express.
Paz - GOOD LUCK for EC. Sounds like Monday is most likely to me. Hope you get lots more eggs this time around.
Vick and Little'un - Hope the jabs aren't too bad. Look forward to seeing you on 27th.
Anna - Sorry you won't be able to make it to the night out. If not before, we must absolutely meet up once we are on maternity leave, especially as our due dates are exactly the same.
Beattie, good luck with your 2ww - not long to go now. Hope to see a positive result this time.
Marshmallow - do you have a start date yet?
love to all |

Hi Girls!
I hope you are well.
Littlun- Wow it sounds all exciting! I have everything crossed for you hun that this time will be your time. It looks like we will be on 2ww with a couple of days difference xx.
Carly and Eve- Thanks for your good wishes. I hope you are both doing well with pregnancies .
Vic- Good to hear from you too! My dog is doing very well. I can't believe that we have had for 4 months already. He is 1 year old now and is wonderful to have him around
I am fine and had 2nd scan today. It seems that I will be having egg collection as per schedule of Wed 21/2 and there is no need to bring it forward. They have increased my Menopur to 450 today to help the little follies to grow too. I have another scan on Mon and fingers crossed that I will be having Pregnyl Mon! I feel a bit nervous and worried if the increase of Menopur will result in early release of eggs but they have assured me that we'd be fine so fingers crossed.
Love to you all.

Hi girls
Sorry not been on, we are having lots of problems with our wireless connection, I would rather go back to wired connection!
Sorry no personals as just getting ready to go out with some friends for a meal, but dropping into my mates early so I can see her little boy for a bit.
Feeling a lot better now than the other week, my friend who got her BFP a couple of weeks ago on her 2nd go as had her scan today and there was one lovely little heartbeat so that has made my day. Going to see Dr Zhao in the morning then having some new carpet fitted tomorrow afternoon woo hoo! I have started having a massage every couple of weeks now too with my friend so I can chill out as much as possible, I don't find the acupuncture very relaxing so with this in addition it should help. The Acu must do something tho as my cycle has gone to dead on 28 days for the past 3 now and it has never done that before.
Well, I was going to be brief and I have waffled on!!! To everyone going thro tx sending you lots and lots of .
And to those pg ladies I hope those little rigglers are all ok - and you are of course!
So gutted not going to see you on the 27th

Hi Girls
Deano I am also gutted you will not be there but everyone else voted fort he 27th, SORRY. We will be meeting up again in a few months anyway so will see you soon.
Vic, the pg ladies wanted to meet a little earlier than last time so thats why I said 7pm. I was going to book the table for 7.30pm to start ordering then but if it is a problem for you we will wait till we order, at least we can have chosen our meals by then so the longest bit will be out of the way.
I am going to look at which restaurants sell what today or tomorrow and look at what looks nicest and then let you know where we will be eating. Hope that is ok with everyone.
Just a quick post as going to work in a few mins so no personals.
Hope everyone is ok. I will let you know by tomorrow night where we are going.
Love Chelle

Hi Girls,
Sorry haven't been around for a while, have had some time off work and I thoughthtat this would mean that I would have loads of time on here, but in fact just the opposite happened!! we had to get the house sorted round get rid of the rubbish, specially out of the attic, so that there was room for the stuff from the back bedroom (now nursery!!!) and the garage, as we are having the garage converted into an office, for our new business venture. So there have been pleenty of trips to the tip, plenty of lugging stuff from one room to another (mainly DH, doing this to be fair), making shelves, building cots, building changing station fitting curtain rail, shopping trying to decide which nursery theme we want, looking for a new car, need one that will take 6 people, (for when we take my Mum and Dad out with us) so as usual it has been a bit hectic in our house this week, might even go so far as to suggest that I will be glad to go back to work for a rest!!, though I think I will have changed my mind on this point by around 9.05 tomorrow!!!
Sorry to ramble, am loking forward to seeing you all on the 27th, I don't really mind where we go,

Sorry not done personals will catch up with you all soon.

Hi everyone,
Had EC this morning had the sedation was told some girls here things going on some don't well I was one that didn't! I can remem them saying right the paracetamol will start to go through any minute and you will feel drowsy the next minute I was in recovery and all had happened. Really pleased we got 10 eggs and dh sample was ok too. They said they would do the ICSI this afternoon and I need to call tomorrow late morning for results. Feeling very sore still so heading back to the settee. Oh something that I did do apparently I kicked the Dr during the procedure whoops. He did giggle though.
Vic, The sedation is so so so much better than EC and they are so lovely too and afterwards when you get your tea/coffee (or in my case hot water) & biscuits they tell you to take your time and leave when you want to and not before. Really lovely.
Thanks for all good luck messages you are all stars.* |

Hi ladies
Littlun - so glad the EC went well, it sounds much less traumatic than having it at Sheffield. Also, wow, 10 eggs is brilliant - I will be keeping my fingers and toes crossed for a 100% fertilisation rate for you. DH and I have discussed having a day 3 transfer this time - have you decided what you are going to do? Listen, you just take it easy now and rest up, tons of water and tummy warm - you know what you should be doing. Get your DSD and DH to spoil you rotten, you deserve it. Well done chicken, so pleased and proud of you. This time is your turn sweetie.
Spennybobs - Sounds like you have been nice and busy - you should be taking it nice and easy. It looks like you are Mrs organised, getting the nursery sorted already, mind you, the time will probably fly by and the twins will be here before you know it. Good luck with the new business venture - hope it gos well for you. See you on 27th.
Hope everyone else is OK. I cannot believe we start our treatment on Friday - where has the time gone - this time in a month we will almost be in the 2WW (if all things go well).
See you all next week ladies
Vic

Rest up honey and take care of yourself, you need to be all ready for your embryo's later on this week and they need their mummy to be all rested and fighting fit to receive them.
Take care and I am thinking of you and wishing you all the luck in the world.
Love

Hi Girls
Wow Carol thanks for that hun, you are fab getting all the websites and t/n's for me. I haven't had a spare minute over the weekend to get it sorted - sorry girls. I will be ok to do it over the next few days as on nights tonight and tomorrow and then off for 4 days so will have time then. I have been to Bitz&Pizza and Frankie & Bennys and enjoyed both so will look at them 2.
No time for personals I'm afraid as going to meet Sara in a hour at Meadowhell.
Hope you are all well
Love Chelle
