Hi girls hope your all ok. Well had lots & lots of blood taken for the immune testing now just have to wait 5-6 weeks for the results.
Hows the yoga & accupuncture going Flossie? I've started pilates & have started my jogging again but finding it really hard to motivate myself!! |

hi amy, the yoga and accupuncture is going well thanks. My yoga instructure has planned my session around my needs in the hope it might help with the ivf. My dh bought me a cross-trainer to day so hopefully i might be more motivated to do some exercise now! How are you finding the pilates?
How are the rest of you getting on? Any news on treatments?

Hi Flossie glad the yoga & accupuncture are going well, the pilates is good but I suffer with a bad back & a sore knee which are not liking the exercise but I'm hoping in the long run that it will help them.

Hi ladies,
How are you all doing?
Hi Amy, glad the pilates is going well. I'm finding the cross trainier quite good, as i have weak ankles (ligaments have been damaged to many times playing netball and football) and they don't seem to be affected by it. I've started to have a protien shake everyday as i've heard this can help with egg development - I also have DH taking them much to his dissapointment.
Not long now, hope to be taking my Norithisterone on wednesday morning

Hi how is everyone?
Flossie hows everything going? My dh drinks those protein shakes for his weight lifting & fitness regieme! I could not drink them he's got banana flavoured at the moment & its digusting! Pilates is great & I've really got back into my running so feeling very slightly fitter! xxxx |

Hi Amy, I'm ok ta, broke up for the summer hols yesterday so hoping to relax a little now:-) Glad the pilates and running is going well. I'm getting on ok with the yoga. I played footy with the lads at work yesterday and am suffering today as i havn't played for about 12 months! I put the protein shake in a fresh fruit smoothie and I can't taste it. I'm hoping to start stimming in the next 10 days (fingers crossed). Have you started your protecol yet? xx
