8st 12 for me, so 2lb loss last week, yey! Really hope I can stay motivated and lose a bit more again. 8st 7 would be nice, anything less a bonus! (I hesitate to use the phrase 'icing on the cake'!)

Just the 1lb for me this week, but I have eaten loads this week!!

Now bang on 12stone, so hoping to see the number 11 from now on.

Good luck everyone

Well done to all the losers! Smile

Hi girls,

Everyones doing fab! I have had lots going on, teething, sorting out new working hours etc! I lost another pound and then stayed the same last week but am due on af this week so not expecting anything this week. Hannah dont worry about the weight gain too much, they say this is when baby puts on most weight, and once baby is here it will all have been worth it. Good luck for the rest of the week everyone.

Vicky xx

Hello,

We are doing well, and I thought I would have given up by now. I really don't find this hard at all, but....

I put 1lb on this week!! I was doing really well as I had a big meal out planned for Friday. But I just wasn't losing any weight during the week so I was bad on Sunday. I was just fed up, had a take away!!

Going to be good all week, but I go away this weekend with friends. As long as I don't put on I will be happy, then its full speed ahead to get to 11 stone.

Speak soon

Michelle x

HI everyone,

I am weighing in on wednesdays now so nothing to report here for this week, yet!

Hannah - honestly try not to worry too much about weight gain at this stage, like vicky said this is when baby gains the most weight so it is a good thing to be putting a bit on like you are, once she is here you can worry about loosing the weight. Smile

Michelle - Never mind about Sunday, we all have bad days, so long as you can keep up the good work this week Smile

Hello Ladies,

Can I join you please?

I know I'm a bit late but I've been trying to muster some enthusiasm for dieting. So with it being the beginning of a new month (can you believe that it is March already?), I've decided that today is the day. I've weighed myself on my slightly temperamental scales as 10 stone 11 pounds. My ideal weight would be 10 stone but I will be happy if I can lose 1/2 stone by my holiday in 12 weeks time.

I hope that I can do as well as the rest of you - Vicky, Hannah, Michelle, Jo, Helen etc.

Hannah - don't worry about your weight at the moment as once you have the baby it will fall off. Breastfeeding and long walks with a pram are all that you will need. Hope that you are getting plenty of rest in the run up to the birth.

Happy dieting everyone.

Love Ruth x

Hi everyone

Ruth - welcome, of course you can join, I am sure you will be able to loose 11lb in 12 weeks. Where are you going on holiday?

Jo - Well done, slowly but surely is definitely the way! Smile

Hannah - As ruth says it will fall off when you have your baby I'm sure.

Hope so! Walked 8 miles today. Think I'll do my measurements too, sometimes that's a better guide than the scales that the weight is shifting!

When's your due date Hannah? Can't be long now! How exciting!

Jo xx

Sorry for butting in...

Hi Hannah,

Stop stressing about your weight! You are growing a baby at the mo so you're going to be putting weight on - remember it's baby piling on the pounds in the last few weeks! Well, maybe not piling on the pounds but certainly ounces! Seriously hon, you looked fab when I saw you and as soon as you start breast feeding and are out and about with your baby in the pushchair you'll be fine. Don't let it bother you. It's only a few more weeks!

Sorry if it sounds like I'm nagging you, I just want you to enjoy the last few weeks of your pregnancy without worrying about something that you can't do anything about right now. Relax! That's an order!

Lots of love,
Katy x

Hi all,

I have maintained this week, which is a surprise as I actually expected to gain with the amount of rubbish I have eaten this week! Can't see me loosing anything next week either as the christening is on sunday so lots of food and probably a bit of champagne thrown in on the evening as well!
