So you may get a couple more follicles (come next scan) which are just smaller and not measured this time. Do you know what sizes your 10 follicles were? The likelihood is that these bigger follicles are going to give you the mature eggs come EC day. But don't despair ... 10 is a good number. Good Luck with your cycle. Think the sizes were anything from 9mm up to about 17mm. I just noticed that you are egg sharing, do try be vague about your EC date and the number of eggs at EC, and your ET date. Naturally, do continue to post to get the support that you need from other BB ladies. I don't want to see you 'banned' from posting on this BB because of the ED/ES confidentiality requirements here. Also, it will prevent the a risk of 'unhealthy' stalking by your recipient (the Care IVF world is very small)! Finally, I like to thank you for egg sharing on behalf of the recipients. Good Luck. If the sonographer didn't get to measure all the ovary, then there is likely to be more. So, try and not worry. How wonderful of your O/H (as well) have donated altrustically ... a truly selfless and generous thing to do. Please don't compare your cycle with your O/H's ... you are individuals and it's not a competition! I really hope that you and your lucky recipient will get the BFP that you both deserve. Good Luck! It does truely only take one! I had over 20 follicles before EC that were good sizes and I only ended up with 9 eggs in total. Everyone is soo different and what looks good might not be good and what doesn't look so good might be fantastic. You are nearly there now so chill out and go along with the flow! Think i feel a little frustrated also due to the nurse who was scanning not being too helpful and seeming interested in what she was doing. Normally see the same nurse who does the scan who is lovely but we had someone different this time. Maybe she was having a bad day. Hopefully with her saying 1 was tucked away there may be more that she couldnt see, thats what i keep telling myself anyway.
