Laura, I know what you mean about not being able to get used to the idea of being pregnant. It still doesn't feel real!
I've got a family meal tomorrow. We have one every Easter Sunday with lots of cakes and treats and a huge roast. I'm hoping it will be sunny as I have a feeling I will be sitting in the garden trying not to smell the food! |

Hi girls, enjoying lovely relaxing weekend at mums while DH decorates. Yey Laura, glad to see your good news. Not many symptoms here, reading too much bad scan news on other forums, really scared for Tuesday now.

Emma - I too am worried about the scan. I try not to be but really can't wait for it to be over and given the all ok and they are little one. I got 5 more sleeps. Only 3 more for you.

Hi ladies
I'm sorry I've been AWOL but have had a stressful couple of bleeds and ended up in a&e yesterday. I've been feelin really dizzy and having pains in my tummy too. They sent me for a scan this morning at the Epu and it's not good news, it's great news! I'm expecting twins and 2 strong heartbeats have been seen. I'm shocked and happy and can not believe this is happening. My hcg was 88000 and the consultant said if they'd have known this yesterday they wouldn't have even sent me for a scan.
Emm can you update my 1 jellybean to twins please. Whoop whoop

we have our 2nd scan tomorrow to check on our 2 lil jellybeans brought it forward from Thursday because dh wasnt able to go coz working so were all excited for tomorrow to see them again

OMG Purdy bet that was a surprise but what a fantastic one xx
Cooked a big Easter fry up this morning and enjoyed what I managed to eat. Just had to wrestle the mini egg the DH left for me off the dog cheeky minx nicked it off the table!

Purdy - OMG, I just think that is fantastic news. I knew you were having twins and great that you have seen 2 strong heartbeats. I am intrigued to know what CARE will say.  I would love to earwig your phonecall to them.  I had wondered why you had been quiet. I am glad all is good.

Did you change the date for your scan Em? Thought your scan was 12th. Glad your little jellybeans are doing really well.
Roll on Thursday. Actually just got butterflies thinkin about that. I'm so nervous even though I've no real reason to be

Cake - I have my first scan on Thursday and can't shock the worried feeling off. I am sure you little beans will be having a wriggle in there. When I was pregnant with DS I couldn't believe the change from the 7 week scan to the 12 week scan.

Em- fantastic news, glad jb1 and jb2 are growing nicely . Have they taken you off progesterone yet?
Emmilou- good luck for tomorrow, our scan was 10 mins late and the wait is horrendous ! Lol
Anna - I think it's natural to be worried. It's the fear of the unknown but I'm sure everything will be just fine. Hang on in there Hunni. X x
Aidil - thanks Hunni, I honestly thought the bleeding meant it was all over so you can imagine my complete shock when she said she not only found 1 but 2 heartbeats. I hope it has given hope to others even if it was a lot of worry on my part. :p how are you doing Hun x
Afm told the inlaws today, did the grandma / grandad thorntons Easter egg plan I mentioned. Both of them were in tears and over the moon. Their first grandchildren will be twins 
I'm still in shock and every now and then it hits me . Wahhhhh |

Morning ladies,
Purdy wow, how had you been hiding that other little one??! Thatβs lovely news, they just needed a bit more growing time.
Laura, congratulations on joining the one bean club ;o).
Anna, hope you had a good birthday and big roast dinner.
I just tried to ring to see GP but he is on holiday, so made midwife appt and its not until 30th - by then I will be 11.5 weeks - do you think thatβs OK?? I guess at least I have another scan with care next week in the meantime.
My EDD given was 20th Nov, yes all being well I think we could be having a few Christmas single babies and earlier twins!
I am glad so many of us want to stay on the forum ;o), we can continue journey together!

BB- thank you still cant beleive it, my EDD is the 21st of November
LadyLuck- it will hopefully fly by to the 2nd of may but like you said another wait and another few weeks of marking off the calender.

Hi girls, we are home after our pub lunch to celebrate.
We have a singleton on board measuring 9mm and dated at 7w. So my EDD is 24/11, and I have been discharged from Care! My midwife appt next Monday which will be fun, she was pretty miserable with my LO.
