HI ladies hope someone might have some advice.
I am on my first 2ww had my ET wednesday 5dt 2 blasts put back.
I am struggling to sleep waking up all the time cant sleep in but feel so tired if its not my bladder i am having very horrible nightmares waking up in tears also i am hungry in a morning.
I am not having any caffeine at all.
Any help would be great thanks ladies |

Hiya,
Sorry, this didn't happen 2 me but I have read its happened 2 a few ladies on this forum. Do u work? I was absolutely shattered after a day @ work that nothin would keep me awake!!

hi tazzy thank you i am not working at the moment as i work with horses and its to risky and hard manual labour. I am trying to go for a walk everyday with the dog but at the same time not do to much.
