hi all well i haven't posted for awhile have been a little depressed. well i took 3 shots of humira and found out just the other day that my blood levels are now normal. i am seeing zita now and i think that by seeing the nutritionist and having acupunture have made me feel mor positive - or maybe its just something to focus on. my weight is still not budging. for the first time in ages though i have the flu. i am taking so many supplements. anyway i had some bad news my younger sister had a missed miscarriage. i was so sad, and was crying and all these bad bad thoughts were going thru my mind (like are we a cursed family?). her baby has died inside here. i am so worried that she might have problems like me. (she conceived naturally). I pray that she does not. does anyone know or have similar experiences?
also i am having my embryos transferred from overseas- has anyone had this done? i have been told not to worry about the x-rays at the airport but i am still paranoid. can anyone give any advice. felt very sad after reading oonagh and bobbi's story. ivf is such a rollercoaster. hopes are so easily shattered.

is DE, donor eggs? i think it is. well i have a name of a courier who is quite reasonable. his name is Kosta: 079562382260. I have been told that if you do it thru a courier it is all handled. however they are x-rayed but appertnely this does not matter, as anologous do this is if preganant women go through airport x-rays or if you go thru an x-ray at the airport doesn't mean your eggs or sperm are damaged. anyway i will keep you posted

Dear Za,
I was thinking about you & hoping you were ok as we hadn't heard from you. I am so sorry to hear about your sister. I've also heard of similar story a friend of a friend who has gone on to have 2 more healthy children. I know you are going through the mill yourself & hearing about your sister must be devestating. Please tell your sister not worry & that it will happen for her.
I'm glad your doing acupunture it will help you relax. I've been doing some reflexology & don't know if its helping on fertility front but mentally its stopped me from getting really down.
Naginax

hi all, yes i have been away for awhile i had to compose myself. i think i was really losing it. i was crying all the time and was to scared to do any other treatmnet because i thought it wouldn't work. i spoke to mr taranissi back in december and was just crying and felt really depressed. he was as always very helpful. i spoke to the sher insititue who were very helpful but i think realistically i would prefer not to go to the states. anyway now in this nnew year i feel a bit better more focused on my health and more postitive. i think zita west is good, and the acupunture definately does soemthing ( i had so much mucous !!!- sorry to be graphic). anyway i hav to lose 5kg in 5 weeks and so far i haven't lsot any. apparently your bmi shoudl be between 20-25 (which mine was before i started on this ivf rollercoaster). nagina the zita clinic was very keen on l-carnitine for men which is the main constituent of proxeed. i am glad i don't have to take humira anymore. i am also taking stinging nettle extract. anyway best of luck with yoru new clinic. oh by the mr taranissi said that he doesn't think the endometrial biopsy is very helful, he said his observation is that everyone gets teh same result. i wish i never had it. it was a horrific experience. ok all the best.
