Hi Bimba! I absolutely remember about you! I'm so sorry to hear that you are really down, but I completely understand, because we are in the same situation...
I'm still waiting for the work up results that should have been almost ready 2 weeks ago, but I received no news. (I'm so worried!hope everything is ok!).
I was told I could have started with the ocp at next cycle, but......guess???My period it's not arriving this time!!!!I've always been regular in the last 10 months, and now???I'm on day 44!!!!(obviously i'm not pregnant!)
It seems like a neverending story....I've been waiting for my chance for almost 3 years, but the right moment is never coming...I feel so depressed too, my darling, but we have to be as strong as we can.
A big hug!!

Cathy - i don't post on here very much anymore but just saw your lovely message.

So so so pleased for you and your lovely DH. Many congrats on baby Grace. What a beautiful name and I'm sure a beautiful baby!

I'm in another 2ww for yet another FET (3rd FET go, 2 blasts back this time). If this doesn't work then we're back to a fresh PGD. Hey ho!

Lots of love

Sorry I haven't been on here in ages.
I just wanted to pop by and congratulate Cathy on the birth of Grace, and wish Louisa lots of luck with the next FET.
Good luck to all the new ladies on here too.
My news is that my PGD twin girls were born 8th Feb at 36wks. They were very teeny but are now doing well. Life is one big round of feeding but we are getting smiles from them now which is lovely.
Thanks for all your support x

Sorry haven't been on here in ages either!

Ros what fantastic news hun!! Was wondering about you! What have you called your girls?

Cathy how is baby Grace doing?

AFM after 3 (yes 3!) failed FETs, all used up, last one had 2 transferred.. we decided to ditch the PGD and go with fate. TTC this month naturally for the first time ever.. and very lucky I know..we got our BFP earlier htis week! Very very early days but very exciting now for us. Just taking things one day at a time.

Without the PGD we have a 1/4 chance of an affected boy... but I do believe in fate and if we do have a haemophiliac boy he will be fine with today's medical care.

Hi all

Soooooo please for you Louisa I believe in fate too and have everything crossed for you.

Ros glad to hear your twins are doing well.

Everything is brilliant here. Grace is doing really well growing well cant believe she is 11 weeks. Definately worth the wait and I believe that for all of us on here, once our babies arrive it is extra special. Going on our first family holiday to France next Friday so really looking forward to that.

Love and best wishes to all.

Keep in touch

Hi all

Just thought I would say hi to all and see how things are going????

All great here and the wait was definately worth it. Ros, Glad your girls are doing well ang giving you some sleep Grace's sleep is intermittant some days good some days wakes every 3 hours for feeds but even tho I'm shattered sometimes I love it. My 2 frosties were 1 year old last week. I was told they have to be used within 3 years so having early thoughts of FET??? Especially as last time they wouldnt let me have 2 put back so if, and it is a very big if, we are successful with 1 frostie we would have to get a move on to give number 3 a chance??? Any thoughts on this anyone?????

Hope life is treating you all well and your dreams are closer to becoming reality.

Love and best wishes

Hi Cathy, unfortunately not all frosties survive warmng, and I suspect they mightl need to warm both. If they both survive I expect they'll be a bit more relaxed about transferring two frosties, if that's what you want (and I'm not sure they will be able to freeze again). Worth discussing the details further with them. Spongella

Hi Spongella,

Thanks for the info regarding FET. One thing is for certain is that we cant even begin to think about this until my periods have returned and as I am still breastfeeding I think this wil be a while.

Grace is sleeping nicely now Smile and loving being a mummy. Love and best wishes and baby dust to all reading this board
