Thank you so much for all your fantastic replies, amazing as always! Hcg came back as 139 so not quite as high as last time on this day however a very good strong reading bearing in mind that last August and November they were both 43 on this day!
Thank you once again for all your fabulous support, we are both truly touched by it.

Hi Crazy,
I don't know what dpo you are ... but anything above 100dpo at 16dpo is considered a good strong figure.
A singleton pregnancy is by far safer for you and your baby ... a perfect result! Twin pregnancies are so much more hard work before and after birth ... also, it will mean that you will be able to put all 100% attention and effort on one. When you are ready, then go back for one of your lovely frosties on your sibling project.
There again, having said all that you might end up with two ... anything can happen ... still too early to tell yet!
The most important thing is that you have jumped over the first and most difficult hurdle of getting that elusive BFP. CONGRATULATIONS again!

That sounds really promising Anne, and more than 3 times higher than your previous results, which is encouraging in its own right too. I can't work out how many dpt you are either, do tell!

You're clearly doing a fabulous job, though, because they're both gaining weight so well... Congratulations!
Sophia, thanks for reminding me...! I'm now in that pleasant state of disbelief where I really can't imagine that this bizarre procedure is actually going to work, so I'm not feeling any pressure at all! (Hah.)

Hi Briony, yes, I have an approximate date. Everything depends on whether we go to blast and I'm keeping my fingers crossed for LOTS of blasts, so I can have every chance at an FET should the mood for a sibling strike! I still have some distance to run to get to transfer, especially given my wonky body with its surprise-a-minute developments, like my cyst, but I'm slogging forward... I kind of wish I could have gone for gold last month, instead of having to endure a mock cycle (which gave me the bloomin' cyst), but ho hum, hey?
I think I'm going to pitch a tent in my sunny patch of denial! I like it here...

I shall keep fingers crossed for lots of blasts for you too in that case! Frustrating when the mock cycle was 'successful' and then buggers it up for the real one, but I am confident that if anyone was in the slightest bit worried about your cyst then they would have postponed. I've got pg before with cysts of all sorts of persuasions, so don't be dismayed.
As long as the sun is shining I'd keep you tent pitched right there! Have you got a denial G&T handy to keep you company?
