Just wondering if anyone has any advice or tips for FET. I haven't had it as yet but will be due to towards the end of this month ..

| I don't really have any advice for post transfer other than a bit of rest if you can and try to keep a positive, welcoming attitude to your embryo/ s! , I hate the progesterone tablets! I get really bad cramps and i know the hormones really affect my tummy , so am just sat watching housewives of orange county with my feet up , resting , whilst they 'absorb!' I am due to have frozen embryo transfer this week, we only have 1 embryo so fingers crossed he/she defrosts successfully , good luck for your transfer x |

Hi Squeek
Sorry i haven't been on here for a while, i hope things have gone ok for you. My cycle was stopped but im back on it again now. yes i know what you mean with the progesterone tablets, i got bad cramp too, like my period was coming. Im at care sheff, which are you at, frozen seems to be doing better than fresh now i was told by Dr shaker
