1st IVF got bfp couldnt believe it back in Nov 2010 so so happy then disaster struck.
Had dating scan at 15 wks when i was told baba had major abnormality we were devastated.A few days later i had a medical termination. It was the hardest thing i have ever had to do.
Guilt ridden each day
Now i need donnor eggs and im on the list
Anyone else been in similar situation?

Not been on donor list but have had a termination at 22 weeks due to severe brain abnormality plus down's. We are devastated and it took a long long time to get back to functioning properly but we are more or less there....still have bad days where my heart breaks. You will slowly come to terms, I know we made the right decision but it still hurts like hell.

Hiya
I didn't need donor eggs but did choose to have a termination due to downs and other abnormalities at 20 weeks. You NEVER forget but time does help and as Rosemummy says you will get there. We have both been lucky in that we have gone on to have our dear children but still don't forget our lost ones.
