Hi All
We're thrilled to have a positive result from our treatment. We've been booked to have our first scan just 4 weeks after a 5day transfer and I wonder if that's too soon to expect to see a heartbeat.
CARE originally suggested it was due 5 days later but then brought it forward.
I just want to be prepared for what I can realistically hope / expect to see.
Has anyone else has a scan at 4 weeks and seen a heartbeat?
Many thank & good luck to you all.

Hi Cavey,
On the date of EC you are already 2 weeks pregnant so by transfer you would have been 2 weeks and 5 days and by your scan you will be 6 weeks and 5 days. Yes you should be able to see a heartbeat by then.
Hope that helps, good luck.

Hi Tare
Thanks for your quick response - that's the great thing about this forum.
That's good news and has really helped clear things up.
Thanks |
