I'm well, thanks. Got my d/r scan booked for a wk Sat, bring it on lol!!!!

Hopefully, we can be bump buddies v soon Smile xx

Thanks VIP, I really hope that we can be bump buddies together. I always try and not get too far ahead of myself, but I've already found myself looking at one of those due date calculators. Honestly I'm such a muppet!

Good luck with the DR, are you just waiting for AF to arrive? Always waiting...

I love the new photos of Oliver, he looks really different and much more grown up with the shorter hair. YOu can't see all his curls!

Hi Nicster - I felt exactly like that too and when we had our review we were told we had multiple immune problems!!!!! The only different medicine that was added to my protocol was intralipid infusion.... Lots of ladies on here have had success with intralipids too Smile Hope all goes well and hope you feel better soon xx

Wendy, have you had an update this morning ? Hope it's good news Smile Thinking of you xx

Sorry I haven't been around much. My DH had a knee op Friday so had my handsful with him and DS and working and the bleed. Had some more spotting Sat (16w4d) and Sun (16w5d). It was brown and not much but it has made me worry. As if I can rest at a time like this. Enough of my moaning. I have 20 week scan on 12th July.

Wendy fab new on all the embies. Very Happy sounds like a great crop. Fingers crossed.

Milly I am glad AF showed up. Sorry to hear you have been DRing for 3 weeks. You will be catching me. I did 36 days last cycle but look at the result so I don't care. Wink What I am trying to say is sometimes these things don't go to plan but you can still get the fab end result!!

VIP good luck for your DR scan on Sat.

Anna x

P.S Jules - it is rubbish being in no man's land. Are you going to get a second opinion once you have a copy of your notes?

hi everyone

well done wendy great news .

thanks Anna. hope the spotting stops soon i bled a few times through my last cycle and it was scary. hope hubby is feeling better soon and can look after you.

well i had DR scan yesterday and im finally ready after four weeks yeah. I think the medication getting to me a bit feel a bit emotional. They think the reason for taking so long to DR was because they found a cist which has got smaller from last week. For some reason they mentioned the cist last week. ive started the tablets and have scan to check lining thickness next saturday. lol i thought i would be in the 2ww by now.

hope everyone else is doing ok x x x

Glad you can finally get going Milly Smile

Anna hope the spotting stops, as for the notes Im not really sure just wanted to have them so we can do whatever. I think DH has decided he's done with Care but if we can do treatment for cheaper abroad he'll be more up for it, so I figured for the bargainous £30 I would get them ^^

Wendy - I have been looking for news on how things are going but couldn't find anything. Hope you are good and the 2ww hasn't sent you loopy. How did ET go?

Milly - How are you doing? Great news that you are finally ready.

AFM - No more bleds and long may it last! Hubby is doing well, although a bit naughty as a patient at first lifting DS the day after op when I was there and told him not too.

Milly, great news that your lining is good. Good luck for your FET!

Anna, I've not been on that much recently with one thing and another (long story and too boring to tell). The 2ww is driving me mad. I did a test today (10 days post 3 day transfer) and it was negative, so I'm not holding out much hope that the result will change, although OTD is Friday (6th). I thought I was having some symptoms, but the sore boobs aren't as sore and the rumbles in my tummy I think are just wind from the pessaries Embarassed Hope your DH is getting better.

Jules, are your notes enlightening?! Hope you are working on your DH to change his mind.

Katie, how are you doing? You must be getting a nice bump now.

VIP good luck starting your drugs for your FET. I really hope this is your time.

Nicster just a hi to you - we've 'spoken' on the other thread. Sounds like you're getting nearer making your decision about which clinic to use.

Hi wend, you sound really down Hun, understandable ! It's crap isnt it this ivf lark. I bet today's been really tough for you, have you told your mum and dad that you have tested.? Yes I think I'm getting nearer to making a decision, ARGC should be calling me tomorrow so I'll see what they say but I think I'm swaying towards notts, strange because this time last week I was adamant I was going to London !

Nicster it has been a rubbish day and I've been really snippy with Theo then I feel bad for being rotten to him. I've had a couple of lots of tears (it seems to creep up on me - although Theo loves Woody and Buzz at the moment and at the end of Toy Story 3 I always cry when Andy is leaving the toys - what a wet blanket!), and Theo bless him comes and strokes me and says 'are you a little bit sad mummy?'.

I sometimes think it's tempting to try something new, but then there's a lot to be said for 'better the devil you know'.

bighugs to you wendy, hope you are just being far too keen, dont the symptoms go and then return, really hoping this is it for you, got everything crossed

Vip hope your D/R scan went ok

Milly hooray for a date, hope all goes well thursday

Anna glad everything has calmed down for you, naughty hubby though!

AFM I've got my notes, havent actually looked at them tbh, I need to sort through them and get them scanned onto the computerbut other than that am sort of having some time off from thinking about it all. Have got a busy summer so am planning on not even thinking about it till nearer the end of the year.
Also have just started slimming world as its about time I did something about my ever increasing weight, I blame comfort eating and lots of random hormones over the last few years, so I really want to lose a few stone Sad before I try again, hopefully thinner healthier me will make a better nest

Take care all

Wendy, I have a lump in my throat at that bit ! Zach loves toy story. Little ones are very intuitive arent they and I think boys are especially sensitive to mums feelings, bless theo. I know exactly how your feeling, bet uv gone through a million emotions today, you've probably googled yourself silly about bfn changing to bfp's and you've probably swung from feeling never again to I want to start again as soon as possible oh ye and theres the frustration of why can't my life be as simple and straightforward as other peoples, it's crap isn't it. I wish I had the answers Hun big hugs x

Wendy, have seen your post in the other thread and just wanted to send you big hugs, as ever I know there are no words to express how crappy this whole thing is.

Love

Thanks Jules, it really is crappy isn't it. I started spotting on Monday and had full AF the last 2 days. Test negative still this morning. I rang Care today and they said that as it's only 2 days until OTD they're happy for me to stop taking the pessaries, so that really is it.

I really don't know what to do now. I feel totally deflated and feel like I'm going backwards with treatment, cause i've never had a BFN before (well, 2 miscarriages, but at least with a positive result you have vague hope). I blame it on that grade 1-2 embryo. I'd have been better with a crappy grade 2-3 which is what Theo was! lol.

I just don't know if I can face doing it all again and don't know if I'll be able to as now I'm off the thyroid medication if my levels don't stay stable i may have to have surgery or something else and at which point I'll be delayed even more and I promised myself I wouldn't be having iVF after I've turned 38 (which is in January).

Anyway, it's all a bit crap. I'm not crying quite as much today - well I'm ok until someone asks me if I'm ok!

Milly - good luck for ET tomorrow

Thanks Maz, it is pretty rubbish! Still bleeding as well, why is it that periods are always worse after a cycle - it's like adding insult to injury!

I think Theo is feeling it as well. He's been telling the childminders that mummy is a little bit sad, he was quite sad yesterday and he's started weeing and pooing in his pants after over 3 months of being dry after potty training, so childminders are going to do a reward chart. Think I have to spend some time with my boy and forget about this IVF tosh for a bit.

Wendy - Im really sorry to read that it hasnt worked Sad. Hope you can afford another go as you have some sperm left still so shame to waste it.
Im sure Theo is just having a minor set back with his tiolet training. I know Edward has the occasional accident if he is very tired or very busy concentrating on playing.
Hope you have a good day at the races and find a gorgeous outfit to wear. I did read about the bad vibes on here recently with various posts and wanted to say dont worry it will blow over. I just think its one of the draw backs of the cyber world we now live in sop chin up and rise above it x

AFM - Im doing very well. Still no idea what Im having boy or girl. Baby seems to be more active during the day rather than night time so kind of on my body clock which I dont think Edward was. Not too big yet which is a good job as we are moving house on the 20th and have tenants moving into ours the day after so lots of packing to be done. At least the weather doesnt make me feel guilty for having to spend time indoors Lol

Catch up with you all soon xx

Re your otd, it does seem long? I think I tested 12 days after my blasts but remember Manchester saying it was early because of Xmas. I remember asking my consultant about blasts and he said I could test after 8 days!! I'm never brave enough to test early though. Good luck x
