Hi Helen,
I have thanks and am on the case!
All still ongoing here, after a brief respite. Ed Psych. coming out tomorrow and app for medical should be for next Tues.
Decision is not going to be soon enough for him to start school when the others do, which am bit upset about, but hopefully should start in the 3rd week of term if everyone pulls their finger out and statement granted.
Its worrying and exhausting, but getting there slowly.
Will post tomorrow. Its all here on my desk, in front of me.

Thanks MaryRose.
How annoying for you that Olly won't start school with his peers! Not heard of that one before, even if statementing process underway but not completed. Is it because only with the statement will you get your first choice of school?
Anyway, hope it's all sorted very soon and you can emerge from under your mountain of paperwork. If it means Olly getting the support he needs then all will be well worth the effort.

Hi Helen - yes, spot on! That's exactly right as school is full and over-subscribed.
Feeling quite depressed about it all at the mo., if truth to be told. Its such an uphill struggle - if I hadn't taken the initiative to google the phone no. of the Ed Psych team last night and phone 'em this morning, I would never have known they were coming out to Olly tomorrow, at his preschool and get this .... that I had a meeting with the Ed Psych at the preschool that I did not know about.
Its unbelieveable. No-one had thought to let me know! ! ! 
And earlier in the week, head teacher of school no.2 caused a big flap because she had totally forgotten the content of our 2 meetings and suddenly decided that Olly was going there and they had no-one to work with him. I was furious as it took a big chunk of my time to go out to meet her and discuss what the situ was - TWICE!!!
School no.1 thought I had changed my mind and not let them know and I got a shirty phone call. So annoyed.
Ho hum, completely sh*te system and although we have had some great help, we have been badly let down too.
Just hoping it all comes right in the end. The blooming Ed Psych. is in training and sounds like she does not know her @rse from her elbow which isn't helping my confidence right now.
