Aww Bless ya! Family is so important though so Im sure its all worth the sacrfices!
How you feeling today? Any more symptoms?
Ive still got the stitch like pains and feeling sicky on and off but thats about it! I panic everytime I get a twinge yet when I feel fine I wonder why!!! |

I haven't had any morning sickness this morning, so I'm worried! I think we are all the same : when we have pain like period pain or stitch pain we worry, and when we have nothing we worry as well that everything has stopped! The worrying never ends!

Hi both
It's good to hear you seem to be feeling same as me Jaybee. I have sore boobs and mild AF-type pain a lot. I also get that sharp pain in my left side that's like either a stitch or strange indigestion. Nothing else really except tiredness, but that could be my job stress to be honest. I haven't taken any time off work at all so have found that a bit hard.
Your scan is just before mine Jaybee so will be keeping everything crossed for you. I keep reading about people whose scans don't go well and it's making me so nervous. We're not telling anyone yet - just in case.

You know Sal, I'm like you, I keep reading about people whose scans don't go well, event the 12 weeks scan, that's why I'm scared for mine on Monday... |

Hiya Sal, I know exactly what you mean about reading about bad news on the scan, Im worried sick! Im trying hard to be positive but Im not even counting on anything until I have had the scan and see all is ok. At least that way if I havent really believed it then it might nnot seem so bad it scan news is not good! I havnt told anyone either!
Hey Cinnamon, how are you today? You,re as bad as me, I feel fine today and now im worried that sommats gone wrong!! I dont know how I would know as the pesseries are meant to stop the bleeding so it mite be them holding it off! Gosh I sound so doom and gloom and dont mean to be!
12 weeks is a good milestone so Im sure you,ll be fine. Maybe we should all just stop reading the forum eh!!! |

And you'll see jaybee, even after you scan, you won't be reassured for a long time and you'll be worried again till the following scan, lol  As I said, the worrying never stops!
Reading this forum is good because it can reassure you and it makes you know people, but on the other hand, it can make you worry when reading bad stories  I know that I am reading too much stuff on the internet and it frightens me... I should stay away from my computer till the end of my pregnancy!
I've had some period pain today and I've been to the toilet about 50 times to check if I was not bleeding!!! |

Hi both
Yes, it's my first time. And this board has been both a blessing and a curse, if you know what I mean! Even the happiness from the BFP didn't last ling because I started worrying about the scan. Trying to take it one step at a time, but it is hard.
But lovely to see you doing so well though Cinammon.
By the way, how exactly do you work out how many weeks and days you are? Slitly confused about this!

Thanks for the link Cinammon. From this I am 5 weeks and 1 day. Mind you, did a CBD test yesterday and still showing 2-3 so hope it goes to next stage soon since i should be 3-4 now. Those things are also a curse!!

| Ahhh Sal Im just coming on here to say the same thing. I did a clear blue today and it says 2-3 yet it said that last sunday. I think im 6 weeks this monday coming so I really thought it would have moved on by now. Do you think thats ok? God Im permenatly panicing over one thing or another!!!! I know FET are suppose to implant later so maybe thats what it is. |

Girls, I can't help you with CBD tests as I've never done one of them. I've never had any blood tests done either. I think that the more tests you do, the more you worry! Try to relax, as long as you have no bleeding and/or cramps, everything should be fine!

It's awful isn't it Jaybee, but a post on the other thread said that the tests aren't always that reliable on timings because HCG levels vary so much. The nurse actually said the same to me when I booked my scan so guess we shouldn't worry too much.
I STILL get cramps though, but very variable and not too painful so getting used to them.
Great news on the morning sickness Cinammon - well, in one way

No morning sickness for me this morning... And I woke up in the middle of the night... crying!!! it must be the third time it has happened in my whole life! I had a nightmare about my scan tomorrow, it was awful, baby's heartbeat had stopped beating  |

Hey girls. Well feeling better about the tests toady as lots of people have said they arent that accurate!!
Ive been having some really horrid dreams too Cinnamon, I dreamt the babys cord was round the neck and they couldnt get it off then I dreamt they had mixed all the embryos up and my baby was chinese and they couldnt work out whose baby was who!! I think its quite common to have weird dreams. Oh and cry at everything so that must be common too.!
I still get the cramps now and again sal so you do get used to them.
Well I have come down with a cold,cough and sore throat and feel like poo!! Not good!! And also sickness seems to have really kicked in! But apart from all that Im fine!!! |

Hi both
I've had some weird dreams too, but that's not all that unusual so can't blaim pregnancy for sure! Otherwise, still having the cramps on and off, and sometimes a feeling like I've pulled a muscle in my lower abdomen. No morning sickness yet, but very tired, especially yesterday.
Good luck tomorrow, Cinammon - hope you feel very reassured after scan.

Im not having a good day, had a bit of a bleed today so had mass panic but did another test and its moved on to pregnant 3+ weeks so Im hoping its just one of those things. Rang Care and they said it does sometimes happen and to keep a close eye on it. Gosh why is this so bloody stressful! |

I'm on the May thread, just read your comments and wanted to say that I used to worry about scans....even upto my 20 week one! I envy those that didn't lose a wink over them! I'm 25 weeks now, I'd like to say it gets easier when you can feel them...but I worried then too 
Jaybee, I bled four times uptil 16 weeks...no one knows why but all is now good.

jaybee, I also had brown and red discharge for this pregnancy, between week 7 and week 10. I know it's very worrying but it happens to a lot of women, so try not to worry too much and stay positive!

Thanks for that you two, I think it just hits you harder when you are going through all this that every lil thing means sommat terrible!! Did you two have much bleeding then? Mine has only bit a small amount this morning and nothing since and it was bright red.

Yes I had bleeding at 4w, 8w, 12w and 16w...scans showed nothing wrong. Like you it was only a little, however put the fear of God in me. I'm due 28tn may and I'm having a little girl!! Yay team pink xxx |

| Awwww how lovely!! The bleeding is scary indeed!! Just hoping all is well on friday when I have scan then I,ll feel better! When was you,re first scan?? Mine seems early to some people, 6 weeks 4 days. Wonder if they will see much. |

Hope you're not too worried about the bleeding Jaybee. I haven't had that, but some pretty sore pains last night got me scared. Last night I tested at 2-3 weeks, but tonight I finally moved on to 3+ so looks like we're running at exactly the same timescale! maybe I can give up testing now...
My scan is really early as well, next Monday. At least we can compare results
