Sorry Lisa that question was meant for aygirl, the pain has gone now but still bleeding. I spoke to my nurse today and she said just to rest and she will call me tomorrow and OTD is still friday.

Morning ladies - how is everyone feeling today?
Im ok, i have realized that the heart burn i was experiencing is most probably because i ate piping hot shepherds pie on Friday and have most probably burnt my esophagus as it only hurts when i eat anything!! I had food poisoning in jan from a restaurant and so am so super cautious to make sure my food it piping hot i over nueked it!) anyway not sure what i can do to ease this pain...the care nurses said they would call me today for a 1 week check in so i will ask their advise.
also, wanted to get your thoughts on testing early? my OTD is on 27th but do you think it would be ok to test at the weekend instead if i use a clear blue - aren't they better at detecting early levels rather than the ones the clinic give you? i am really convinced that this cycle hasnt worked for me and feeing quite down about it, especially as my little embie lost some cells in the defrost and this was the one out of my 3 viable ones that the embryologist identified as the weaker of the 3. in my head i am already starting to plan for the next cycle...  |

Hello ladies
Well I have 1 sleep left and very nervous and excited!!
Cookiedough I know a lot of people test early and that is what I did on my last cycle. If came back with a BFP only for this to change nearer the time and i was told it was a chemical pregnancy which is why I have decided to wait this time as it was so much worse to be given that joy and then it be snatched away from me. Obviously it is up to you but I just feel now that they give you a date for a reason. Don't give up hope I know it is a long wait and very stressful but try to hang on in there.
Take care positive vibes being sent to all and I hope that I can start the first positive news tomorrow and this will follow for all on this thread. Xx |

I'm really excited for you to do your test tomorrow wanna - will pop on early to see your news. I'm sure we are Ll hoping you get the first BFP of many on this thread!
Cookie - try not to be negative chick. I know thinking to the future and a further cycle is kind of a protective thing but you may be thinking about rubbish!! Even if you test early and it's negative you will still need to test on OTD as they give dates for a reason then it could be a BFP. Decide what is right for you to do because we're all different!
Lala and Lisa my 2 musketeer friends hoping you are both ok, lala keep resting and I'm really hoping the bleeding stops v soon.
Ive had some pelvic cramps today - intermittent and only when walking the doggy (gently!) and when pootling slowly round sainsburys but it's made me worry quite a lot. Am shattered too and obviously not doing much at all. Thinks its all emotionally exhausting too isn't it?! Bloomin rollercoaster

Wanna - yay it's tomorrow!!
JEP, the pains could well be implantation. I've had pains in by lower tummy (round the whole 'bits' part) since last week, although they've eased off today, so it may be good, or it may just be our brains playing tricks on us.
I bought some of those cheapie internet supposedly sensitive pee sticks the other day and they arrived today, so that's exciting. I know how addicted to testing I was when I got pregnant with my son (you probably wouldn't believe how many tests I did and to be honest can't even remember myself now!), but am feeling pretty sure that this won't be the cycle for me. This will sound bad for those trying for number 1 (and I don't mean it to be), but I've never had a negative result. My first cycle obviously didn't end well, but I think I live in more fear of having a negative result almost more than having another miscarriage. I'm sure that sounds bonkers to you all, but I guess none of us are that rational at the moment!
Right must get on, still got loads of work to do and not had my tea yet - plus this thread kicked me off so I wasn't getting notifications - maybe it's trying to tell me something?! Lol

Hello ladies thanks for asking .....
Of the 7 eggs collected 4 were mature enough for ICSI, all 4 fertilised and as at this morning I have 1 x grade 1 and 3 x grade 2. Care will call with an update tomorrow, I have a provisional slot for ET but will discuss blast options tomorrow and may delay ET to Thursday.
Any thoughts /advice greatfully received

That sounds really good the care nurses said to me that they expect 75% to fertilise so you are doing well fingers crossed for your update from them and I am sure you will be in the agonising 2 ww shortly. Thank you also for your good luck wishes not long now.
