| I'm 16+2 and taking Clexane through to the end of the pregnancy. I'm pregnant with twins so am growing quickly and already can't really inject in my stomach as a result. Care said I could inject in my legs but I'm finding it really painful when the liquid goes in. I'm very slim and so I don't have much fat there. My NHS consultant and GP said the bottom was okay but Care said not. Does anyone have any experience of injecting Clexane in a site other than the stomach? Where exactly on the leg do you find best if you inject there and what does it feel like compared to the stomach? |

Hi Lizzy, Your a day in front of me!!!
I was just thinking this tonight. I'm still ok injecting into my stomach at the moment, but am getting closer to my hip bone every day. I'm seeing the midwife on Thursday so was going to ask her opinion. I'll be interested in the replies you get.
