Had some results back this morning from an ultrasound I had last week, and had to see the GP. She said they had found a polyp on my gall bladder. Got into a bit of a state  as I googled it, and it talks about mailignant/benign ones and cancer... so am very upset and worried... since having my DD and DS its one of my constant fears... She is referring me to a specialist which will take a few weeks on NHS... so now I will be worrying in the meantime... can anyone reassure me in the meantime???? thanks Julie xx |

| I have gall balder polyps they found them when i had my scans when i was diagnosed with breast cancer they were not bothered about them at all and that was four years ago ! DO NOT google stuff! hope fully yours will be nothing x janette.... |

Hi JLD,
Sorry cannot add insight to your polyp, all I can say is that I completely back up Jane's statement....google can be a complete menace. My hubby almost ripped out laptop due to my constant googling. All it did was upset me, and often the info on there is unresearchef, and purely opinion based. Good luck, and best wishes for the future. Sending a hug your way

| thanks girls trying not to worry, just gonna wait for appointment with specialist and see what they say... on a happier note, yesterday i booked Disneyland Paris, so got that to look forward to in 8 weeks time!!! thanks again and I won't google anymore as I know I'll end up upsetting myself. thanks Julie XX |
