my little girl has suffered from been 6 months old with costipation very bad we have had a blood test come back today to say has a allergy to wheat,nuts,egg whites,fish and other foods the test we had done were a RAST blood test.
I have been fighting for 2.5 years to get this test now we have the results im shocked A-that the hospital let it go one so long B- where we turn now.
The doctor has refered her to a allergy specalist
Can anyone offer any advice on what food i should be giving phoebe-lea?
As the doctor could not offer any advice i need to get her costipation under control

Hiya,
Sorry to hear it has taken you so long to get them to listen to you!! Glad you know what is the problem now.
You should be referred to a dietician to start helping you with a "free from" diet.
My LO Josh is allergic to quite a lot of the same stuff, but not wheat and fish so I don't have any great answers for you. There are quite a lot of facebook sites I can link you into if you like?
Find me on fb as Tracie Sillers and I'll get you sorted. Loads of helpful mummy's and groups and blogs that I know!!

Hi Kim,
I can't believe it's taken you so long to get some answers, well at least you know now. My baby is allergic to eggs, milk and tomatoes so I know how hard it is finding meal ideas. My dietician recently send me a book with menu ideas for children that are all free from milk, egg, soya. wheat and gluten. If you like I will photocopy it for you and post it. PM me your address if you want me to do this or look for me on facebook under the name.
