From the M1 – leave at junction 15 and head towards Northampton, join the A45 Northampton bypass, following the red "H and A&E" signs, leaving the bypass at the A428. Turn right at the traffic lights into Cliftonville Road. Take the 2nd turning right into The Avenue. CARE is on your right.
