Philip Lowe

Philip Lowe is Care Manchester’s Medical Director and has over 25 years’ experience in the diagnosis and treatment of infertility having joined the Care team in 2005.  Philip is also the Infection Prevention and Control Lead for the Care group.

Philip spent 7 years in Melbourne, Australia, where he worked with some of the pioneers of IVF and became Clinical Director of Monash IVF and a Senior Lecturer at Monash University. 

In addition to working for Care Philip is dedicated to helping the next generation of doctors achieve excellence in their practice and is involved in undergraduate teaching and examining at Manchester Medical School.

As Medical Director, Philip’s focus is on ensuring all Care patients receive the best possible care, and are treated as individuals because every fertility patient’s journey is unique.

Mr Lowe is a British Fertility Society (BFS) Embryo Transfer Trainer and also Chair of the Care Nurses Prescribers Forum.
