At CARE, we believe that family is for everyone, and we are here to help you on your path to parenthood. We know that when you are having fertility treatment it can be an anxious time, we want to reassure you that you have support every step of the way.


From counselling to our forum, here's how we are here to support you:


The CARE Forum

The CARE forum is a safe space that we have created for our patients to connect and seek advice and additional support from people who understand what you are going through.

It's gives you the opportunity to share your experiences and find reassurance. Our forum is completely confidential, and we ask our patients to adhere to a strict set of rules to ensure the anonymity and safety of all of our patients.

Our new patient enquiry team

When you're thinking about having fertility treatment, you'll likely have lots of questions. Our new patient enquiry team are hear to answer them in an empathetic and informative way. You can contact them on 0800 564 2270



At CARE, we offer counselling should you wish to talk to someone during your fertility journey. This service is available at any stage, and you are welcome to have as many sessions as you require. Per cycle, the first three counselling sessions are free, and we offer the following:

  • Support counselling
  • Genetics counselling
  • Implications counselling

Counselling is a great opportunity to talk through your thoughts and feelings, and you can choose to have sessions on your own or with your partner. You can find out more about counselling here.


Virtual Information Events

Every month, two of our experts host a live event to discuss IVF, tests and treatments, and how to get started with CARE. We give you the opportunity to ask questions and learn more about what we do at CARE.

Fertility Support Events

We understand the power of community, and our support events allow you to speak to others who may be in a similar situation. We ensure that we give you space to talk to people who truly understand.

From monthly online support meetings to Walk 'n' Talk events, our CARE Support Coordinator facilitates in-person and online events featuring guest speakers.

CARE Buddy

Our CARE buddy peer-to-peer system matches patients at a similar stage of their treatment as them. Some patients prefer to talk to other patients undergoing the same treatment to ask for advice and support.

Any patient going through fertility treatment or egg freezing at CARE is welcome to opt in, we will then find you a suitable match.
