We will be running some Facebook Live sessions soon with Professor Kingsland, he’ll be answering all your questions about fertility. Keep checking this page for dates.

Our next Facebook Live event is on Wednesday 2nd October at 6.30pm.

We asked him why he is so enthusiastic about heading up the new CARE Fertility clinic in Liverpool,  here’s his answer:

“In 1989 I borrowed money from the University to set up Liverpool’s IVF service in the Royal Liverpool University Hospital on Ward 3C.

In 1995 we moved to the new Women’s Hospital and in 2002 I renamed the IVF unit Hewitt Fertility after my great friend and colleague Jonathan Hewitt who sadly died that year. He had helped me to establish the NHS for the couples in Merseyside and the surrounding areas which helped so many people access the treatment they needed.

Now, in 2019, I believe the time is right to develop new opportunities for couples struggling to conceive in our city and the wider areas of Cheshire and North Wales.

Bringing CARE fertility to Liverpool is not only giving people choice for the first time in 30 years but also access to one of the worlds’ leading IVF groups”
