After having two miscarriages and a failed IVF attempt at another clinic where there was no support, aftercare or personalisation of treatment, my husband and I had given up on the idea of ever trying IVF again. However, we heard of a new clinic opening nearby so I decided to call and see what CARE Liverpool had to offer. I cannot express how glad I am that I made the call. From the moment that I spoke to Amanda, their dedicated Personal Liaison Manager, I felt at ease and meeting Professor Kingsland (our consultant) for the first time made my husband and I sign up with the clinic immediately.
Everything is explained in a simple, informative manner and if anything is not understood staff are at the end of the phone ready to answer questions. It is such a different experience to what we had before. We honestly feel like we are part of a family that that will go above and beyond to understand us and our personal circumstances.
I am awaiting my first transfer under CARE Liverpool and I don't know what will happen, but what I do know is that if things do not work out as we wish, we will be happy that we went on this journey with such thoughtful, non-judgemental and supportive professionals who want the very best for us.
