By Road - From the M1 - leave at junction 15 and head towards Northampton, join the A45 Northampton bypass, following the red "H and A&E" signs, leaving the bypass at the A428. Turn right at the traffic lights into Cliftonville Road. Take the second turning right into The Avenue. CARE is on your right. There is limited parking available on site.

By Rail - The nearest station is Northampton with good national rail links. Taxis are available at the station.
