You have a choice where you want to have your fertility treatment, whether it's self funded or via the NHS.
The CCGs (clinical commissioning groups) in the South Yorkshire region have differing criteria for NHS patients, you are fortunate in South Yorkshire as IVF funding across all CCGs is one of the most generous in the UK, currently. The CCG you qualify within is based upon the location of your GP not your home address.

Next turn right on to Broadfield Road and go to the end of this road. At the traffic lights go straight ahead on to Sheldon Road. Take the first left on to Sandford Grove Road, CARE Sheffield is on the left hand side.
By Rail - The nearest railway station is Sheffield, which is about 2 miles away by taxi.
By Bus - From the High Street, take a bus to the Nether Edge (75, 76, 97 or 97a), request to get off at Broadfield Road, Sheldon Road junction, which is approximately 20 mins away from road.Directions from your location
