The CCGs (clinical commissioning groups) in the South Yorkshire region have differing criteria for NHS patients, however the current criteria for your region can be found on Fertility Fairness's website here.  You are fortunate in South Yorkshire as IVF funding across all CCGs is one of the most generous in the UK, currently. The CCG you qualify within is based upon the location of your GP not your home address.
