Dr Deepti Gupta

Consultant Gynaecologist and Fertility specialist
Dr Gupta (MBBS MD MRCOG) is a Consultant Gynaecologist and Fertility with a specialist interest in reproductive medicine, laparoscopy, and hysteroscopy surgeries. She is qualified from the one of the pioneer institutes from India and got her membership in 2015. She runs the specialist Fertility clinic at Tameside and Glossop NHS Trust.

Training

She has completed her training from India. She also has experience of work in Middle East countries in Obstetrics & Gynaecology.

Deepti has received her training in Fertility and Reproductive medicine from Saint Mary’s Hospital, Manchester. Dr Gupta is on the Specialist Register after completing her CESR equivalent to CCT.

She has completed various British Fertility Module like in Pelvic Ultrasound, Management Assisted Conception, Quality management in Fertility, Embryo transfer and IUI and currently getting trained in Fertility preservation and creating modern Family.

She is GESEA Level 2 certified in minimally invasive surgery.

Career

Dr Gupta is currently practicing as Consultant Gynaecologist and do the Fertility Clinics at her Trust. She has vast knowledge and experience in the field of Reproductive medicine and assisted conception.

She performs various procedures like Laparoscopy surgeries related to fertility and hysteroscopy surgeries.

Her special interest is PCOS, unexplained subfertility, premature ovarian insufficiency, recurrent implantation failure and recurrent miscarriage, and the management of same sex couples,

Having work experience from South Asia, Middle East, and UK, she has a unique ability to understand the cultural and social need of ethnic minority patients seeking fertility treatment.
