Dr Linda Farahani

Education and Training

Linda studied Medicine at Imperial College School of Medicine and received her Medical degree (MBBS merit) as well as BSc in Medical Sciences (Upper Second Class Honours).

Linda is currently completing an MD in Reproductive Medicine at Imperial College.

She has a postgraduate certificate in Healthcare Leadership.


Professional Experience and Career History

Linda completed her training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology in 2016, she achieved her CCT and is on the Specialist Register. She spent 18 months working in the Early Pregnancy and Gynaecology scanning unit at King’s College Hospital and has extensive experience in gynaecological ultrasonography and management of early pregnancy. She is a Consultant in Reproductive Medicine and has experience in both the NHS and private sector. She worked for three years in the IVF unit at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust where she gained experience in the management of subfertility, assisted conception and reproductive health. She has experience in the management of recurrent pregnancy loss, polycystic ovarian syndrome and premature ovarian insufficiency.

She is part of the Central Donation Team at CARE and is the lead for hysteroscopy services at CARE London.


Research and Teaching

Linda strongly believes in evidence based medicine and has published papers in peer reviewed journals. She is interested in research into recurrent pregnancy loss, microbiome and assisted conception. She is a member of the British Fertility Society and has presented her work at conferences.


Linda is passionate about helping patients achieve their goals and aims to do this in a compassionate, empathetic and dedicated way.
