Rachel graduated with First Class Honours in Law in 2006 and went on to complete the Legal Practice Course at Inns of Court School of Law, London in 2007. Rachel then went on to complete her training contract with a major regional law firm and qualified as a Solicitor in October 2009.
Upon being admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in October 2009 Rachel has worked in-house for a range of NHS commissioning and provider organisations including Primary Care Trusts and Clusters, the Kent and Medway Commissioning Support Unit, South East London Commissioning Support Unit and most recently East London NHS Foundation Trust.
Rachel has specialised in all aspects of the law relating to corporate commercial, compliance, governance and risk and over the past decade healthcare in general which has proved to be her real passion. Rachel has been a non-practising solicitor since June 2017.
Rachel joined CARE Tunbridge Wells as Clinic Director in July 2018 and was keen to bring the skills gained in her career as a Solicitor to the operational side of the Clinic.
Rachel is a member of the Law Society.
