Rob began his career in fertility as an embryologist with a keen interest in improving IVF success through optimization of the embryology environment. Rob trained in a variety of different areas within reproductive science and has since focused greater attention towards Quality Management & patient experience.
Rob joined CARE Fertility Nottingham in 2003, training as an embryologist and developing his knowledge and skills in all IVF techniques. During this time he advanced his training into highly skilled embryology techniques and becoming established as both an ICSI and Embryo Biopsy practitioner.
During his career, Rob has held the scientific positions of senior embryologist and laboratory manager and worked at a number of fertility clinics. More recently he has moved out from the IVF laboratory and is now the Clinic Director at CARE Fertility London leading a fantastic team providing excellent patient care and of course lots of patients.
Rob is the clinic’s HFEA Person Responsible and is the Registered Manager for the Care Quality Commission (CQC). Rob is registered as a clinical scientist with the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC) - something he is very proud of and still maintains!
