Terms and Conditions

Eligibility: This offer is exclusively available to new patients booking with Care Fertility Plymouth and Cardiff.

Offer Period: The offer is valid for consultations booked from the 6th of May 2024 until the offer is withdrawn.

Included Services: The offer covers initial tests for both the patient and their partner (Pelvic ultrasound, Semen analysis or pelvic ultrasound for your partner and AMH test), and a consultation with a fertility specialist.

Exclusions: This offer is not applicable for consultations under the Care Value package.

Booking: Patients must book their consultations within the specified offer period to receive the discounted rate. The total cost of £245 includes all applicable tests for the patient, their partner, and a consultation with a fertility specialist. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure the appointment.

Non-Transferable: This offer is non-transferable and cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts.

Cancellation Policy: Patients can cancel their appointment within the 14-day cancellation period and receive a full refund. If an appointment cancellation happens after the 14-day cancellation period but with at least 48 hours' notice, a full refund will be issued. However, missed appointments or appointments cancelled without notice are not refundable. Please note that if test services have been provided within the 14-day cancellation period, refunds are not available. Validity: This offer is subject to availability and may be withdrawn or amended by Care Fertility at any time without prior notice.
