Naomi and Charlie's IVF Patient Story

From the moment we received our first appointment with Care, we knew that our IVF journey would be different with this clinic. We had already gone through 2 rounds of IVF at a previous clinic, so was nervous but excited to change from what we knew - thank goodness we did as Care was everything we could have asked for and more. Some friends of ours recommended Care Tunbridge Wells several times, and the moment we arrived we understood why. This clinic was the Ritz of clinics!  Not just because the clinic was in a stunning building, but because every single member of staff made you feel calm, relaxed and welcome. 

We met with our new Fertility Consultant who gave us the time we needed to discuss medical histories as well as previous IVF cycles. This appointment was like no other we’ve ever experienced. The consultant was patient, understanding, compassionate, informative and set our next plan in action. We didn’t feel rushed and the appointment was on time, which was a totally different experience for us.

We also had the pleasure of using the Care Fertility portal for all correspondence, which was very easy to navigate around and made communication so easy. 

We had our Frozen Embryo transfer in Aug 2019 and our lives were changed in March 2020 when our son Stanley was born - the best day of our lives and all thanks to Care Fertility Tunbridge Wells.
