Angela Regan is Group HR Director at Care Fertility, she works strategically with the executive team and the leadership teams across Care Fertility driving the development and implementation of an effective people plan to attract and retain the best people in our field.
Career
Angela has worked in HR for 25 years after obtaining a Law Degree from Brunel University. A role early in her career in an employment law team provided an opportunity to see that good leadership and management in the workplace was more rewarding that adversarial legal processes. Following the decision to embark on a career in HR, she became a Chartered Member of the CIPD and has completed the Executive Leadership Programme at Henley Business School.
