Chelsea Pearce is our Clinic Director based in our site in Bath and our satellite in Bristol. She is passionate about the patient journey and ensuring we provide a quality seamless service to our patients.
Career
Chelsea has over 10 years experience in Business and management. She has been working in healthcare for over 6 years and has been working as the Clinic Director in Bath since December 2022.
After going through IVF herself back in 2015, Chelsea has enjoyed learning how the clinic works from a professional level and building relationships within her team as well as the wider Care Fertility group.
