Dr Susie Jacob
Training & Career
Qualifying in 2004 from Newcastle University, her early working years were spent in the North-East before relocating to Yorkshire. During her training, she quickly found her passion for Reproductive Medicine taking up a research post at Leeds Fertility in 2011. In 2016, she completed her MD through Leeds University researching risk reduction strategies for those with PCOS undergoing IVF. After this she completed sub-speciality training in reproductive medicine and surgery at Leeds.
On completion of training, Susie went on to lead Yorkshire Fertility in Halifax, one of the largest satellite fertility clinics in the country, before returning to Leeds in her current role.
Specialities & Credentials
Susie has received her MRCOG and is an accredited Royal College Subspecialist in Reproductive Medicine and Surgery. She enjoys all aspects of reproductive medicine and takes a holistic approach when counselling on fertility optimisation and treatment options.
Susie also works with young women and girls helping them understand their congenital gynaecological problems. She provides both surgical and medical care, that can correct anatomy and aid their long-term well-being and reproductive options.
